As a Pennsylvania native, I grew up in the coffee space then moved up to restaurants and hospitality.

Matsar started in December 2025 with pop-ups and we’ve since expanded to workshops, intimate gatherings, and branded events. 

My greatest hope for Matsar is that it will be a community for people to intentionally gather around the table and find meaningful connection with other humans. To create memories.

Today I live in Brooklyn, NY running Matsar full time. I love all things creative from singing to writing to styling to cooking. Matsar is an outlet where I get to tap into all of those things.
